Our goal is for our participants to graduate to permanent housing as stronger, more confident, and autonomous individuals.
I’m not just a housing service coordinator at one of our mens’ homes, I was actually the first Grandpa’s House member to graduate from the program!

This photo was taken in one our transitional living homes, and thanks to our amazing donors, we can continue to provide spaces that feel like home. In our men’s program, one of our former participants even said he, “felt something there”. For those who desire to turn their life around, our housing program offers physical resources like food and clothing, and restorative services like case management, housing navigation, group and individual counseling, career mentorship, house meetings, life-skills workshops—tools to inspire independence and long-term healing.
