GHH emphasizes fiscal integrity, transparency and sustainability. We pride ourselves on maximizing the impact of every dollar and in-kind gift we receive in donations. By adhering to the highest financial accountability standards and The Donor Bill of Rights, GHH is able to partner with groups like Orange County United Way (OCUW) and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).
GHH leadership recognizes the need for a sustainibility plan and therefore they are currently participating in an in-depth Capacity Building process which includes updating the strategic plan focused on increasing community awareness, creating outreach tools, identifying new revenue sources, establishing measureable outcomes and more. For this planning, GHH received a capacity building grant from the Orangewood Foundation in asocation with One OC and CONNECT. This plan also addresses diversification of GHH funds and reviewing the mix of funding streams.
