Benefits of being an intern or long-term volunteer:

Contribute according to your passion!
Our interns and volunteers work on projects specifically pertaining to individual interests, passion and/or coursework. Whether you’re implementing fundraising events or improving our website, you will be given work in which you are passionate about.

Serve the local Orange County community!
Grandma’s House of Hope exists to serve Orange County women, children, and elderly in need. Interns will have the opportunity to see the impact that their work has on the lives of each of our clients and our community. Aside from learning about the unique inner-workings of Grandma’s House of Hope, interns and volunteers will have the opportunity to learn about the Orange County non-profit industry as a whole.

Build a strong professional and personal network!
One of the best things about working with a small non-profit is the opportunity to know every single person in the organization. You will have the chance to meet and get to know not just our staff, but other volunteers and interns like you!
