Our Behavioral Health Bridge Housing Program (BHBH) is a beacon of hope for so many.

Here, men and women facing Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and serious mental health challenges find not just a roof over their heads, but a pathway to recovery. This program offers more than shelter. It offers a fresh start.

Meet Robert. He arrived with a heavy heart and an even heavier history. Robert had been homeless for eight years, battling addiction and trauma. But with our help he found stability. He found himself again.

In just 4 1/2 months, Robert moved from despair to hope. He’s getting counseling for addiction and therapy for mental health. He's reconnected with family, including his eight children. He’s now a care-giver to his elderly mother and on his way to a full-time job. He has found a sense of purpose.

Robert has become a role model for our participants. He earned the role of Community Leader at one of our BHBH homes. As a shining role model, Robert followed our program in an exemplary way. With our help he was recently matched and will move into permanent housing in a few weeks.

But this won't be the last we see of Robert. He wants to continue to be part of the Grandma's House of Hope family. He is grateful for who we are and what we have given him, and he wants to give back. Robert will continue to attend group meetings and help his fellow participants who he now calls friends.

Robert's story is just one of many. Last year alone, we’ve seen 40% of our participants transition into permanent housing. And that’s not all. Grandma's House of Hope provides a peaceful, secure and supportive environment where approximately 30% of our participants are pursuing education, taking brave steps toward a brighter future.

These numbers are not just statistics. They are lives changed!

At Grandma's House of Hope, we believe in the power of community, compassion, and commitment. Together, we're building a safe place to call home for those who need it most.

We invite you to take this journey with Grandma’s House of Hope. A journey of hope, healing and restoration. Together, we can EMPOWER the INVISIBLE POPULATION of ORANGE COUNTY!
