Imagine stepping through a door... and finding hope on the other side.

At Grandma's House of Hope, we guide our participants from crisis to comfort. Our housing programs are the first step—a safe haven where dreams start to take shape. From there, we empower these brave individuals to transition into permanent housing.

Here's how it works:

Emergency Shelter: Immediate safety and 24/7 support.

Transitional Housing: Tailored services to rebuild lives.

Permanent Housing: A place to call home, full of possibilities.

The impact? It's measurable. Last year, about 40% of our participants moved to permanent housing successfully. This is not just numbers—this is transformation.

Our participants come to us after surviving domestic violence and homelessness. With determination and support, they can become self-sustaining and have productive meaningful lives on their own.

We believe in our participants and we're with them every step of the way.

Their journey is a testament of resilience and of our mission.

Every door opened is a step toward a brighter tomorrow. Together, we're not just housing survivors.  We're building futures.

At Grandma's House of Hope, we believe in the power of community, compassion, and commitment. Together, we're building a safe place to call home for those who need it most.

We invite you to take this journey with Grandma’s House of Hope.  A journey of hope, healing and restoration. Together, we can EMPOWER the INVISIBLE POPULATION of ORANGE COUNTY!
