When JT walked through our doors back in April 2024, he carried more than just his belongings. He carried the weight of addiction, health struggles, and the daily challenges of surviving homelessness.

But what JT also carried was determination.

He showed up ready to change his life — and with the support of our pilot Behavior Health Bridge Housing Program (BHBH), he did just that.

JT quickly became a beloved member of the BHBH community, known for his perseverance and resilience. The staff felt privileged to witness his growth and transformation.

At first, it wasn’t easy. Building a healthy routine takes time. Learning life skills doesn’t happen overnight. But JT met every challenge head-on.

Fast forward to today: With the help of his Housing Navigator, Luis (right), JT just moved into his OWN apartment!

From surviving to thriving, JT’s transformation has been nothing short of incredible. He’s now living proof of what’s possible when someone gets the support they need.

This is why we do what we do.

And this is why we need YOU.

Your support made JT’s journey possible. And there are so many more stories waiting to be written.

At Grandma’s House of Hope, we’re not stopping here. We have BIG plans for the BHBH program. From expanding our services to offering even more life-skills training, we’re doubling down on our mission to help people rebuild their lives.

And we can’t do it without you.

Your support has already made stories like JT’s possible. Imagine how many more lives we can transform together.

Thank you for being part of this mission. Let’s keep going. There’s so much more hope to build.
